My best friend is getting married tomorrow and I have to give the best man speech. I would like to incorporate a joke or two. Two things that I would like to joke about are that they met at a bar. When my friend was in the bathroom, his wife (as of tomorrow) came up to me and my other friend and told us that she thought he was hot. This is how they met. Secondly, he broke his ankle at the bachelor party. I am not sure if this is a sore subject, but I bet I could make a joke of it. THANK YOU!

I have pretty much finished my best man speech , but there is one key detail that I just can’t finish. My brother Dave is 6′4 and his soon to be wife Jane is 5′1 and I’m trying to put in a joke about them choosing eachother specifically because of their height. In other words I’m trying to say something to the extent like “they really have a lot in common, Dave always wanted a wife that ……..and Jane always wanted a husband that ………….” I’m really drawing a blank can anyone help?
